Was in the market for a new saddle and based on recommendations from my trainer I happen to fall upon Jeff Smith saddles. I bought a lightly used extreme barrel saddle. The saddle is STUNNING in person. Very detailed and high quality. Saddle was shipped out the same day I bought it. Judy provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service, extremely rude will not do business with them. Take your money elsewhere ️No knowledge of their own saddles either, couldn’t answer any basic info on top of being extremely rude.
My experience placing an order for a saddle was terrible. It was convoluted and confusing. Judy was rude. I had no confidence that it was going to be right. Made a request that I see pictures in progress to make sure it was correct and was told no. I get a message the saddle is shipping. I ask for a picture because I haven’t seen it first. Of course it is wrong and I tell her. But it is on the way. It arrives. It is wrong. I contact her to tell her. All she does is argue and fight. Very unprofessional and rude. Tells me I can’t return it. I have surgeries and am out of commission. I have a saddle fitter out and she says the saddle doesn’t fit any of my three horses. Since I haven’t been riding, and it doesn’t fit I decide to try again. Of course since time has passed she uses that as an excuse for not accepting it returned. I remind her it was a wrong order from the get go and how mean she was. I ask if there is anyone else I can talk to. She says the owner will call. No one ever did. Stuck with a 3000 unwanted saddle. Buyer beware.
Great indoor arena. I camped here as well and rented a stall. I was very happy with the whole setup. They could use bigger carts or more carts to muck with, but overall a very nice setup run by friendly helpful people.
