These individuals are serial perpetrators of mail fraud. They defraud sellers on Amazon by purchasing rare books in good condition, filling out a claim for a bogus return, then returning a book in poor condition to the seller which has less value. They use various names on Amazon to do this. The name they used with my account is “Sarah Lee”.
