For about a month my wife and I searched out someone to build our new fence. We needed a replacement in a bad way and typically we'd just do it ourselves but this time we needed to contract someone. After having four other options come to give a bid we had Alex Howe from Texas Best Stain come out. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to want to help get us to where we needed to be. Once we got the quote and had a chance to reconnect to hone it to our needs and budget they got right to work. Ruth Montgomery, the Operations Manager, got the crew out incredibly quickly. We were shocked with how fast the \call before you dig\ happened, then once that was done the actual demo and construction crew. After that when the details needed to be readdressed they were right on it When the crew arrived to start the project they were extremely respectful and professional. They answered every question I had about the process and heard me out on all my concerns. Everything was addressed in a timely manner and the workmanship was spot on. Every job will have a challenge or a go back and this one was no exception. They dealt with these challenges ang go backs with purpose and all were addressed to our satisfaction. We are confident we got a high quality product from trustworthy and reliable people. We've had some issues with past contractors but not here, I've already referred a handful of friends to seek out a bid for their fencing needs and I'm now doing the same with you!

I wanted to share my recent warranty experience dealing with Texas Best Stain. While the process started out rough ( I take some responsibility for this) in the end, the owner Rocky stepped up and did whatever he could to come to a mutually agreeable solution. The team went above and beyond to correct the issue and the employees on site did what they could to provide top level customer service. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their fence stained and will use them again the next time the opportunity presents itself.

Texas Best Stain just did my fence. An amazing job, clean and fast. Kyle Jamieson, the sales manager, was very knowledgeable and professional. The technician, Louis Martinez did an awesome job with power washing and staining. Very clean, on time and my grass and plants were untouched by the stain. The price was excellent. Stop looking for any other fence stain companies. TBS is the best by far!

I had Texas Best Stain replace my backyard fence recently. From initial contact with Jason Nye to go over the work scope and contract, to calling the office and talking to Leah or Ruth Montgomery and even the installation crew, Carlos and his assistant...the work and the Service has been Excellent!! Had a minor issue with a few sprinkler heads needing adjustments and a cracked fence picket, which was taken care of immediately. My neighbors are already commenting on how nice the fence looks. Their price is very reasonable and when you call the office , you can actually talk to someone who is detailed and professional. You can call some of these other fence companies & leave a message and if you're lucky, you will hear back in 3-4 days or you can call Texas Best Stain!

I used Texas Best Stain for my patio renovation. I basically had them create over a thousand sq feet of patio space. I can’t express how great of a job they did. They matched the new texture with the old texture to perfection. All in all, they put up a stretch of fence that previously was blocked with a shed, paved, textured & stained over 1000 sq ft, added drains and leveled everything just right. They got a small amount of concrete on my existing deck and they restained that without me even asking! Gave it a much more modern look. The stain on the concrete had a substance that actually helps to cool the concrete by 20 degrees and it actually works! Outside of the job well done, the communication and professionalism of the company and my POC’s was fantastic. There were plenty of wet days during this year’s spring so communications were very important. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future! Great job guys!
