Clay the owner was very unprofessional and have a bad temper. He was screaming and yelling on the phone saying our 2.5K we paid was nothing to him and he has bigger job to do and don't have time to the repair and didn't even clean our pool. He blamed us that's our fault that the pool was not clean. Stay away from this business or else you will never see your money back. We dispute the charges because nothing was fixed or clean. He came to our house after then damaged our property. We currently pressing charges for the damages. To the owner- I don't care how much you make, don't rub it my face, just get the job done and treat customer with respect!

Had a great experience working with the team at Texas Trophy Pools! I was leery of undertaking a large remodeling project, but Clay and his team were amazing at keeping us informed of what was happening, and keeping the project on track. The end results are amazing! The on going pool service and repairs have been outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any pool related job large or small.

Clay, and all of Texas Trophy Pools have exceeded every one of my expectations...I’m not easy to please. TTP took over my weekly pool maintenance about 4 months ago, and ever since I purchased my house in 2014 I’ve been looking at companies to do a pool remodel as it was way past due. After several estimates from companies around the DFW area, I decided to hire Clay and his team of very highly skilled professionals for the job as I just got the feeling from everyone else they were in it for the quick buck, not ensuring quality work and customer longevity. One of my biggest concerns in any home renovation is quality of work and follow thru. Hands down I met my match with Clay and his attention to detail. He was on site every day, not only ensuring the job was done perfectly, but that me as the homeowner was more than satisfied every step of the way. The remodel is done, Clay has still been here every day to ensure the startup is to perfection, as well as any and every question I have is answered. I’ve had many remodel projects done the past 5 years and I can say that 90% of the companies hired, as soon as that final check is cut...they gone. Not here, Clay and there entire TTP team is about customer service and perfection.
