This birthing center and the team working the center are truly the BEST! My previous birthing experience was a homebirth and it was an amazing experience so I was so sure that it couldn’t be beat. I was wrong. This birthing center team at Chesapeake Regional made this experience one that I will never forget. The staff goes above and beyond. I felt supported & truly cared for while here. When we ran into complications they moved quickly while still making sure to ease any anxiety. They were prompt with medications and items needed. Every nurse we had assigned to our room regardless to shift changes was on top of it and was very sweet. I am grateful for these ladies and if I were to have another baby, it would definitely be here.

Just recently brought my daughter Sage home from the birthplace and I can honestly say my labor and delivery experience was nothing short of amazing. From the labor unit to post birth, all of the staff was completely amazing, supportive, and extremely attentive!! Thank you so much for making my first birth so memorable and relaxing.

I just recently delivered here and it was an amazing experience!! My doctor Dr. Fred Williams is the best OB. He made sure I was comfortable and made my delivery the best. My L&D nurse Annette was AMAZING!! She really took care of me. All the nurses after birth were very attentive to my needs. I felt safe and very well taken care of this entire birth experience. Thank you!!

My ob was excellent however the maternity staff were rude and negligent except for a couple elder nurses. As a first time mother of twins I did not know what I was doing in addition to being in so much pain. My room and bathroom werent cleaned until i got so frustrated and started complaining, the younger staff need to learn to be nice and patient because they traumatized my experience by being rude and arrogant.

My girlfriend and I came here because she was feeling bad having Braxton Hicks but when it was time for me to come up first the receptionist on the first floor the two older ladies are very rude and also when in the room the doctor was also very aggressive and rude and obnoxious I hate an unfriendly staff also it’s just so unprofessional to me.

I had my daughter here nearly two years ago and will be delivering my second baby here as well. I absolutely loved my nurses, they were all incredibly kind and helpful and I’m really looking forward to my next birth experience here!

I had to have an emergency c-section and every single nurse that had taken care of me was phenomenal and they made this experience so smooth and I couldn’t be more grateful, thank you to those in the mother and baby department and thank you to those in the labor and delivery department. I will never forget this experience
