I had a great experience with Mike at The Blind Pro. His communication throughout consultation, estimates, design, and installation was constant and very much appreciated. He was very responsive, and I got exactly what I wanted, sooner than I expected, and at a reasonable price. I like to shop local whenever possible, and had visited some brick and mortar shops while going through a new home purchase. I had initially resisted reaching out to The Blind Pro because I didn't understand how it would work. In visiting a few of the local stores, I found a complete lack of customer service, and when looking at big box stores and perhaps simply buying the products and installing myself, the minimal savings couldn't be justified, and again, there was no customer service experience. Mike was incredibly patient as we navigated the process together, and made recommendations on timing and product, after developing a deeper understanding of my budgetary constraints, and balancing that with both the design and function of what I wanted to accomplish. I'm so happy with the outcome, which has really added to the perfection of my new home. I never would've had the same result with someone else. Thank you, Mike, and The Blind Pro!
