I moved into The Bowie Last year during the pandemic. The move in process was seamless. The staff and concierge services were very helpful when I was moving in. Since move-in, all my maintenance requests have been taken care of . The vendors they use to fulfill the requests, really care about the work they perform. I have been impressed with the whole team at The Bowie including the concierge services! Thank you!

Moved a lady out of the building. Was the best experience of ANY apt building I have worked in. The elevator is fast. The loading zone is excellently placed. The front desk guy was very helpful. I wish all buildings in Austin where this well planned out and run this good.

Moved in a few weeks back, so far so good. Staff is friendly and helpful, not to mention the place is beautiful. Super happy with my new apartment. Thank you!

If you plan to tour this apartment, you should know some things in advance: 1. They won't show you any of the amenities, and they do not tell you this in advance. Your appointment slot does not stand as a reservation to view amenities, even with the reservation system in place. 2. They charge a mandatory package for cable and wifi (ATT - even if you don't need or want cable - 95, basic -and only- package with low internet speed). 3. There are very limited spaces to park when taking a tour. I had to pay for street parking to essentially waste time. 4. The agent was late for the viewing, which is pretty unreasonable, considering you are taking the time in your own workday to view the building. Note: The viewing takes less than 10m total due to not being able to walk anything... 5. Your parking will run 150 on top of your rent, so account for that in your budget. Overall - the lack of professionalism and the apartment shown (which had quite a bit of wear and tear) drive this 2-star review. I do not recommend. One star for location. One star for high floor count.
