Timely, professional and reasonably priced repairs. Very satisfied with the expert degree of experienced diagnostics and thorough labor on my vintage Roland electric piano. Communicative, quick to pick up the phone, an associate was ready at the street level to help me get my gear in the shop when I got there. Very satisfied customer.

Been here several times and going to have to change the review to one star after learning how rude the owner is. Brought in a Floyd Rose on two separate occasions, both of which were done improperly by an employee or by himself. Was in tune for a good hour before going flat on several strings. Brought it back the next day and it was retuned again for free, but the same problem persisted without ANY whammy bar usage or aggressive string bending at all. Finally, a friend of mine went to the shop and the owner commented that I should \learn how to tune my guitar at home\ even though it's a floyd which is a pain. Definitely won't be seeing any business from me or my friends again.
