This place is unprofessional unreliable and never on time. The supplies don’t ship on time or to the correct address and have had to chase delivery and pick up at UPS several times. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!

I'm a type 1 diabetic I use a insulin pump and the dexcom g6. I was in a need for supplies for the sensors and for the infusion set for my pump. I was about 12 days early to get my supplies, they worked with the insurance company and got the approval to get all supplies earlier. They're so polite, nice and understanding your needs and they work with you to do whatever they can to please you to the highest standards. It's hard for me to describe them, hopefully you understand and get what I'm trying to say.

I've used Charles Pharmacy for many years for my insulin pump and medical supplies. They are outstanding in my opinion. They have called me when I've been low on medical supplies which is a big help. They are honest and reliable. I will not use another pharma-surgical supply company. A

It is an absolute DISGRACE on what they have done to my husband. They lied about not taking my husband’s insurance so they no longer have to process my husband’s Dexcom order which is a diabetic medical supply. It’s been over a month and I am still trying to find a pharmacy to replace this one because they did not profit from his supplies. One of their associates even told a Healthfirst rep to convince us to get a different insurance plan so they can bill for 100% and they can profit from the transaction. Don’t bother dealing with this pharmacy for any Dexcom supplies if you have Medicare.
