If I could give this place Zero stars I would. It is outdated, everything is coin operated, the machines are expensive, half the machine dont work. Not many carts available. No staff available or around to assist. They only have 2 Large machines and that's if they work. Homeless people were drying soiled clothes in the dryer. They need to update and upgrade, sell or shut down. This place is terrible.

Rude hispanic lady with glasses who sells the soap behind the counter. She has little patience and got annoyed when I accidentally said the wrong soap. I didnt mean to annoy her, but she rolls her eyes and acts as if im a burden. Extremely rude. Im giving this place a 3 star review because I havent had any problems with the machines or dryers. Definetly wouldn't want to see her again
