On Sunday, 23rd I went to Westchester Square Montefiore emergency room to be evaluated. I thought I was going to be there for a long time. But I was surprised. I arrived in the emergency room after 4:00pm and around after 7:00pm, I was discharged. They were very thorough in screening to pinpoint my symptoms. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I also think because of the pandemic, the hospital is not crowded and as a result you will be seen quicker. That's a good thing.

The best place hands down !! Me and my husband went in at the same time and they helped us quick and accurately! Will be coming here from now on. I’m sorry but Jacobi and any other hospital need to step it up!

I sadly had to check in twice at this location. On the second day, my pain was very bad. There was a nurse by the name Ammed and was very sarcastic. I was going through pain and made pain noises. He then tells me if that helps? What? The noise that I am projecting because of the pain? If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all! He mentioned that he gave humor and that’s why he said it. Do yourself a favor and just don’t talk with sarcasm if someone is in pain! Everyone else was fine. My first entry was a better experience. Try not to express your pain so they won’t make fun of you!
