The fried food here is good but their customer service is terrible. Business owners are always the first ones to cry about supporting small businesses but don’t know the first thing on running one. We have ordered here numerous times in person, door dash and seamless but today my husband went in person, paid cash and tipped and they forgot our drink. When we called to ask if they can send someone over since it was their fault, the lady’s response on the phone was “wooow”. My husband went to pick it up since he paid cash and would not be able to get a refund over the phone but this is the last time we order from this place. Just because you’re in the ghetto, doesn’t mean you have to be ghetto. Treat your customers well if you want small business support.

I’m obsessed with Canoas, and the one I got from here was great. We also ordered a cheese and chicken pastelito and a chicken bola de yuca.... we were given a plain bola de yuca and only chicken pastelito. So may need some work in consistency/getting orders right, but we’ll try ordering from them again as it all was still good.

Considering it’s called Casa De La Yaroa I would think the yaroa would be good. It was actually terrible! Fries tasted old and oily. But their smoothies are very good, and their mangu is great. Just stay away from the Yaroa!

Great experience when going. Even on one occasion when an order was gotten incorrectly, they were quick to fix the order and gave no issues.
