I parked for 2.5 hours this morning in their parking garage. I was charged double the stated rates to park. I was charged 12 when the stated rates on their wall said I should be charged 6. I called to let Management know. There is nobody that answers the phone and nobody has gotten back to me. If anyone knows where I can enter a formal complaint with the City of Denver or the Better Business Bureau please let me know. I would highly recommend NOT parking in this garage located at 1120 N Lincoln St.
I have visited professional offices here in the past; the lobby is spacious and secure, the elevators fast, and the views from the upper floors spectacular, especially the side facing west. Parking can be an issue, but not horrible.
Easy accessible location. Ample parking.
This Denver office building is always clean and the parking garage attendants are friendly. Speak to the helpful guard, or use the directory to find where you need to go.
