I am based in Spain and contacted The Color Group through their website in order to order a bamboo print for a birthday pressie (for a family member who lives in Seattle). Diane Forsyth was very kind and responsive since the beginning and organized the production and the delivery of the print in a very professional way and just on time... The quality of the print is fabulous and the recipient of the photo was thrilled to bits! Simply perfect experience overall and it was a true pleasure to deal with Diane. I used The Color Group to print a photograph my father had taken for Father's Day. They were very responsive; we went back and forth on options of the canvas print, which was all very helpful, kind and professional. They shipped it directly to my dad's home, for a reasonable additional fee, and it got to the destination a week before the holiday. All of this was done online. In the end, the quality was bar none, and my amateur photographer father keeps saying so. I could not recommend them more highly. Thanks again, TCG!
The Color Group is THE BEST! They really know their craft, are reasonably priced and go beyond normal expectations to make sure the project is done right.
