I could not have asked for or wished for better help than I received from a great Computer Guys of L.A. representative, Lily Nelson. Especially these days, a personal computer is crucial for business and pleasure. Lily was very sensitive to my situation and knew how important having a functioning computer is to me. She made my problem hers and being the competent professional she is was able to fix my computer's current issues and also some lingering past annoyances. My computer is working better than it was before the problems had set in. She is a great representative and the Computer Guys of L.A. are a great organization. This 'rating' only has 5 stars but I can say after meeting and getting to know Lily and Fred; after exchanging energy and conversation in their office; these servant leaders deserve a 10 star rating! WHY? They're not interested in a transaction, they're committed to relationship and the opportunity to serve. For me, that speaks of their integrity and authenticity blazing in today's marketplace. In the information age of IT, a client need the trustworthy and ethical standards they represent and deliver.
