Had my 1st whole body cryotherapy experience today. It was invigorating. The staff was wonderful, they walk you through the whole process and stay with you while you are in the machine. That was great. I loved it!

Quicker recovery from tough workouts! Less intense back and neck pain that I’ve dealt with for years. I’ve enjoyed adding this to my wellness routine - as much as anyone can enjoy being cold. LOL. I’ve appreciated the quick drop in availability for whole body cryo. I’ve always been in and out with little wait. They have great, friendly staff too!

Let me start by saying I cannot stand being cold! But with a recent injury, I went in for my first cryotherapy full body treatment today and the staff could not have been more helpful and nice getting me through it. Will definitely be back because my knee feels awesome now! Highly recommend!

This place is cool (literally)! We like doing the cryo-therapy, and you feel pretty good afterwards, but after doing this for a few weeks now, I'm not sure if there are really any noticable long-term effects. Friendly and helpful staff and owners. A bit price for what it is though.
