Back in winter 2018, rented a container from this company for 3 or 4 months period. When container came I asked the driver put wood blocks before you put container down or place it on grass. He asked me why, and I told him that i wanted protect my driveway since its only a few years old. He said it will not damage my driveway without wood blocks. I took his words and a few month later when they took away container, there was four corners sunk on my driveway where container was sitting. So I ended up talking to manager matt, had some talk back and forth, and he told me he will send someone to fix the driveway when weather gets a bit warmer around march or April. I trusted him and told him everything that i am in Afghanistan and won't be able to come back anytime soon. Also he sounds very trustworthy. I waited until April, nothing happened. Called Matt he said he will send someone in May and of course no one came. I felt like he is taking advantage of home owner being at overseas and purposely doing this. I stopped talking to Matt since May. Therefore, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, this could happen to you as well on your property that you care about. Clearly, Matt and Eagle company don't care once they got your money. If anyone read this and had a similar issues with this company, please let me know. Becuase I'm thinking about to file a claim against this company for their irresponsible action.
