Bill is a one of those guys who likes to talk down to women and feel good about himself, and his wife is just as rude. Really wanted to support a small local business. However, we could not even get past phone calls. Needless to say I recommend that no one support this business. 3 separate phone calls all with the same obnoxiousness. I am really surprised.

I have been purchasing through auction and directly from Bill and Jean for years. They are exceptional individuals. Always a pleasure to do business with. In ten years I think I had one issue ( I honestly don't remember what it was) but Bill immediately handled it. I think it was a piece of ice cream equipment 5 or 6 years ago. Most recently (yesterday, lol) I acquired a Pepsi beverage merchandise cooler. Its already in use and working great. I would definitely recommend Bill and Jean at The Equipment Connection. During the difficult time of closing my business, Jean was a lifesaver!! She’s honest, professional and hard working. I had to be out of town for the process; and she handled EVERYTHING seamlessly. I truly don’t know how I would have done it without her! She’s a great communicator, and completely transparent. I was able to view the online auction in real-time. Once concluded, and the equipment was picked up by the purchasers, she hand-delivered my check and invoice the following morning. If you have to close your business...she’s a great partner to have!
