It was IMPOSSIBLE to schedule delivery of my items for this event with their staff, they rescheduled on me TWICE & my event was approaching so this freaked me out. One of their staff members even turned off his phone when I tried to contact him directly, as if I was annoying him. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Then, when they finally delivered the items, they left them outdoor in the rain & I had to wipe them all down before my event...& they didn't contact me prior to delivering the items so I can let them come inside the house instead of just sneaking through the side where the gates were. While I was wiping down the tables & chairs, some of the tables were extremely wobbly as if they were broken! What happens when people put their drinks on the table?! This company DOES NOT pay attention to detail at all. They just want to sell you on things, get a quick buck, & disappear after. No concern for their customers at all. They do not take care of their equipment either & have no maintenance on their items when they are not right such as the wobbly tables. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company...search elsewhere because my event could have gone much smoother & less stressful if it wasn't for Event Depot. I also have videos of tables as proof.

I was very disappointed. I rented a movie projector for my daughter's birthday party. I purchased a blue-ray movie for the event & the installer did not tell me the equipment did not play blue-ray. I was not able to play the movie & had to dig up an old dvd. When I called them, they were of no help at all, guy even said "mam, lots of people still use dvds" At the prices they charge, they should use better equipment. I sent an email about the experience and never even got a response. Terrible customer service, outdated equipment. Would never recommend to anyone.

Hired them for my niece's sweet 16. They never showed up. Didn't even have the courtesy to call us. Left over 20 messages sent over 15 emails.
Simply put, there is no company in MIami that I'd want to help me in planning and putting on my events. Alex Reed and his team's customer service is second to none, and they will always go the extra mile to make sure the event is a success!
Don’t know where they are located because they gave so many different phone numbers. Run from these scammers, they took my money and never showed up to my husbands Suprise 50th birthday party. I was so disappointed to say the least, I called and called, left vm and no one called me back. I had to report fraud on my credit card to get my money back and cancel my credit card. This company is not credible, find someone local to where you live like I should have done
We use them all the time at our preschool for our special events. Their chairs are well kept and they are very punctual in bringing the orders. We will be using them again every Friday in our Summer Camp!
Awesome experience my kids had a blast well highly recomend this company for any event.
