Do NOT take your machine to be serviced here! They had my machine for a month when I was told it would take "a few weeks" when I dropped it off. After 3 weeks, I called and was told a day or so...never heard back. Went to pick it up and no one was there and place was closed up during their posted hours. The next day I got the Owner on the phone and he said I will look at now and call you back before the day is over-never heard back! I finally went back there and picked up my machine after 5 weeks with a layer of dust proving to me that they never even bothered to look at it. Sadly, I am a previous customer who had a GREAT experience a few years ago here, but will NEVER go back! Their competition had my machine fixed and back to me in 3 days!

I'm pretty shocked to see negative reviews here. I just picked up my machine from this place after leaving it there for repairs. They fixed it perfectly at a very reasonable price and were friendly and responsive. I would recommend the espresso shoppe to a friend. Good espresso beans too.
I really don't know where to start.. I left my Delonghi there -it wasnt pouring coffee well , it needed some checkups.. After 8 weeks of waiting and being lied to picked it up with the same problem-nothing was repaired. Save your money and time .

I don't understand the negative reviews! I have been coming to the Expreeso Shoppe for over 10 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I know espreeso coffe, having lived in Italy. Theirs is the best flavor I can find at the most reasonable price per pound. Dave and his staff are always friendly and helpful. They serviced My Saeco machine repeatedly, including finding a spare door, to keep it functioning for 15 years. When it finally needed replacing, he was able to get me another Saeco for half the price of my original that makes even better espresso. I am more than satisfied w/ the Expresso Shoppe, have always been treated well and have been rewarded for my loyalty (coffe club accruing free coffee)
OMG I don't don't know where to start I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix the machine, after a month I started calling and again I was told that they are waiting for parts to call back and yes I called back after a week and was told that the service guy was not in and he would call me the next day and of course no call so I called again and again till I talked to the owner and was told that they could not fix the machine. Do not take your machine to this place. NO stars for this louse business ...
6 weeks!!!! I waited 6 weeks!!!! I was told 2 weeks, I left a message at 3 weeks, no return call. At 5 weeks my wife called and left a message, no return call. Her boss calls to inquire about them fixing his Jura, so she calls after him, they only answered because they thought it was him. She went off on them, the guy said he would have it by the end of the week, that was last week! Stopped by yesterday and picked up my coffee maker and told them this was Crap! Such a scam! They take 35 to "look" at the machine and NEVER call back, NEVER look at it! My machine was already disassembled by me, so all they had o do was plug her in and change maybe 1 part. Obviously, service is NOT their forte, but scamming 35/customer to NEVER look at their machine for 6 weeks is crazy! I wish I would have checked the reviews DONT USE THEM EVER! THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU & THEY WILL JUST KEEP COLLECTING 35.00 for NOTHING!!! Google Espresso Western Ave chicago, he is a great guy, my wife's boss got his Jura back in 2 days and it was only 80, I'm bringing mine in tonight.... can't wait to finally have a coffee maker after the espresso shoppe in bensenville put me on a 6 week coffee delay, took 35 for NOTHING, and 6 weeks worth of 7 coffee a day! Damn! I'll NEVER make this mistake again and you shouldn't either! They have cost me 35 approx. 49 (7x7) x 6 328

I know it’s not better then illy coffee that’s for sure My review was about my machine I dropped off to you guys sat for 23 days you did nothing absolutely nothing after all those days You said could not fix it . Brought it to some place in the city they fixed it in 2 days . So tell me again you don’t suck ....peace
