Thread very carefully during the reservation payment process online. They have sketchy fees that aren't clear until your card is charged. The invoice they sent via email was very different compared to the invoice I accepted online. The charges were doubled than what I had originally accepted online.

I like the farm. The price point can't be beaten, the vibe is amazing - low key, attractive, the members are friendly and attractive and the staff is great - you'll get instant help if you have any issues (like instant printing). I am so grateful that I found this place. I have been a member for 2 years! Oh, and they are super dog-friendly!

Great and affordable office space to rent by the day or longer term. Comfortable and convenient, quiet workspace. 24 hour access is nice, and you use an app on your phone to enter the building and the space. Whenever I’m in NYC on business, this is where I work.

We ordered Hunter-Douglas wood blinds for the window in our study. Marat was very friendly and helpful in choosing the right blinds for the window and matching the colour to the wood window trim in our brownstone. The installers were also very professional and pleasant to work with. Furthermore, the price was close to half of what we were quoted elsewhere.

Love this place. Opened all hours, coffee and tea available. Phone booths are great but not everyone uses them so sometimes it's not so quiet.

I hosted a small women's conference here and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The staff was so helpful! Elif was my person of contact and was always very quick to respond to my questions and help when she could. Lilly and Paola were the on site assistants for the day and they worked so hard to make sure my guests were doing great, make sure I had everything I needed, the room was set up as needed etc. I am very very pleased with the location, the space, the staff, everything!! I will absolutely be renting this space again!
