If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have done at least 100 escape rooms before and this is by far the worst. Our host couldn’t even be bothered to explain the story (“did you read it online?”). While in the room, she gave us a hint on something we did a good 20 minutes before and when we ask for an actual hint 30 minutes in (due to something not working btw) she never replied. We were finding things in the room to “solve” something way after it had been solved. Also in the “second” room we went into smelled horrible. Like please get someone in there to fix the drain. At the end of the experience, her attitude we about the same as when we arrived... couldn’t be bothered. We will not be back.

My brother hates escape games but now his view has completely changed. Our game host was very helpful and knew just when to help! We escaped with time left on the clock, which felt like an accomplishment
My friends and I really enjoyed this experience. The staff was amazing, accommodating and responsive. Challenging but fun!
I've been to multiple escape rooms all over the country and this one by far is worst escape room I've EVER been to. Completely unorganized! Hints were all over the place and made no sense what so ever. so many thing we broken and they even had to slide a clue under the door. 100٪ would not recommend biggest waste of time and money. I need a refund
First time doing an escape room and it was an amazing experience, 10/10 would do it again just to pass it lol wish I would've gotten the girls name that helped us she was super chill!
this is definitely a touch and fun one - hahahhaaaa We enjoyed it and didnt win :)
We've played so many games in Florida to action related & highly immersive ones, but we were still not able to escape out of shadewoods manor! We will be back to play your upcoming rooms soon!
