Ordered a product online for a store pickup. Was informed the product had to be shipped to the store and wait time 4 days. I went to the store an hour later and the product was in stock. I asked customer service why I was told the item would take 4 days when you have in stock? The worker, she smiled and said she had no idea.

I've not been helped by a single person at this store. Today I asked someone for something, which happened to be right next to them, they just took me to another person who was busy with three people and went back to standing next to the cement mixer that I needed. The customer service desk is staffed by people who discourage returns by their ineptness. Honestly if you come here it's definitely self-service because the staff run from you when you try to ask them anything, or worse they keep you there, while not helping you, forever. It's like purgatory. And they burnt me on my 50 off of a 300 purchase with your home depot card.

No employees around to help and in the wood cutting section been waiting 20 minutes have asked an employee and he gave me a rude look the store is just horrible. The pictures I just took show that there are no employees around when you need them this is very typical of Home Depot and they need to do something about it like hire more employees or something

How do you run out of shovels in the middle of winter...joke. but seriously how do you run out? I'm curious what that store manager thinks in that small peanut brain of his or hers. It's a shame and there is no excuses. Anyway good luck I won't be coming back to this location for anything.
