These people understand the value of providing real customer service. Jim Hayes and staff are very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated our visit on a stopover during a drive through town. Once home in Florida, we decided to move ahead with a purchase of a Trek bike my girlfriend had test ridden. The brand new bike had a rough ride and incurred some damage in shipment from Colorado. From the moment of learning of this unfortunate event, Jim exhibited stellar customer service. He worked with us and a local bike shop, followed through to effect repairs and ultimately created a solution leaving us both feeling like we truly received 5- star treatment.
