Staff unhelpful and unknowledgeable regarding products. I asked a staff member which juice is the lowest sugar option, and was looked at like I had 10 heads, followed by “I don’t know” and a shrug. Unable to answer anything regarding products offered. While the bottled juice is palatable, it is extremely overpriced. You’re better off buying Naked or any bottled juice from Target.

This place is not for me. Have nothing against vegetarian focused meals, but it should be reasonably affordable and tasty. The variety on the menu is rather limited, the food is bland tasting, and the bottled drink while refreshing, was overly priced. The food cost 10.95, while the drink cost 8. Just when did pressed fruit cost so much?!?

I ordered a smoothie, it was ok, but the female employees were NOT WEARING MASKS. The male employee was indeed wearing a mask. Music was playing very loud, there are no signs up or indications on how people should physically distance from one another therefore very easy for the space to have too many people inside at one time. The ventilation inside is poor, it was hot, and there were no fans or air conditioning. So while the smoothie was ok, this business is not taking the pandemic seriously in my opinion.

In and out. I usually go to the location and Brooklyn because that’s where I’m from. This location did not disappoint however. They were so efficient that I was in and out. It was a blink of an interaction, but they were friendly and seemed to uphold the standard of the franchise. I always want to try one of the other options on their menu, but my favorite is the Spicy Lady. I recommend it.

I order pretty often from this place, and the one star is not for the quality of the products, but the service. The fact that it is slow, I won't even point out, that was the reason I started placing all my orders online at least 10-15 min before arriving at the place. But now when I get there my order is not ready anyway. Besides, I watch other people palcing their orders and leaving the shop, but my order is still not done. Maybe I'm not aware of how an order placed online enters the line, but it definitely can't be done the last.

We bought two açaí bowls - one came without any açai and the other came with strawberry - What a bad company - they think we cannot tell the difference ? You cannot sell açai bowl made with apple sauce and hint of açai !!!

Tasty place but my experience was ruined by the fact that their “no tip” button on their credit card reader doesn’t click. You are essentially forced to give a tip via credit card, even if you don’t want to. I usually like to put my change in jars as it lightens the weight of my wallet, but because of the sneaky practice of having a non functional tip button, that didn’t happen. Too bad.
