I spoke with Cecilia pertaining to a matter with the dreaded Irvine co. Not only did she treat me with dignity and respect, she was also very compassionate and concerned with my well being. I was quite upset and worried and Cecilia did everything she could to reassure me that if I needed legal help that her law office was not afraid to go up against this company. Most law offices do not feel the same and won’t even listen to you when you call. I would recommend calling this attorney if you are a tenant and need immediate help. They listen, are responsive and knowledgeable in the tactics large landlords use against tenants just to bully them and scare them because they think they are too large of a company to go up against. I hired these people to help with a notice to vacate. They did absolutely nothing to help. The only thing they did was bill me. I never had a competent attorney to work on my case. The first guy quit after a few weeks , then I got someone who just graduated law school. I wasted about 6K on these people for nothing. Not once did they ever say we have a strategy to help you win your case. They had nothing. I would never refer this law firm to anyone. Look elsewhere and never give them a chance.
