If there was a -5 star option I would choose it. Drove about 40 minutes to just find out it's appointment only (during covid) when that's not posted anywhere online. Terrible customer service. Insanely rude to me and when they told me if I had a mask I could come in I went and got one only to find out they locked me out. Just order off Amazon.

BEWARE---HORRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 12 red rash guards that stretched out to 3x the original size and completely faded to the point they were pink within 2 weeks of use. They led me on for 6 months about a new rash guard that was being ordered that they could replace with. They wanted the originals back to give me the replacements. After 6 months I gave up and asked for a refund which I was told was send in with no mention of still needing the original ones sent back. I tossed them of course because they were unusable and now they refuse to give me my money back because I never sent them in!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an ordered in May for critical lifesaving equipment. Took weeks to arrive. When called they said they were backed up and hadn’t shipped yet. They should have had shipping delay info on website when ordering to give consumers a heads up. Our order was incomplete when we received. I’ve waited weeks for them to ship the missing items. Was told a week and a half ago they were shipped.. called today to get the tracking number and found they were still not shipped... when you call plan to be on hold at least 10 minutes and that is if they actually answer the phones. They can’t look your order up by your order number which is very suspect. I’ve asked to have a supervisor call and so far hasn’t happened. This company deals in life saving equipment and not sending out the purchased equipment in a timely manner!

BEWARE!!!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would!!! I have now waited 24 days (19 business days) to receive our swim team suit and I still DO NOT have it! I have followed up 4 times and each time their Customer Service seems to get worse (hard to believe...right?!?!) and they all have a different story as to why it has not arrived. The Manager even told me that it got lost in their warehouse with no apology whatsoever. You're better off learning how to sew seeing that this has taken almost a month.

My experience with this company has been frustrating. Swimsuit didn't fit, sent it back to exchange for different size. Tracking number shows it was delivered. Several phone calls to customer service (all pleasant) with promises that the exchange will be mailed out "in the next day or so". Still waiting.... I will never order from them again.

I placed an order on May 16 and It did not ship till May 30 (2 weeks later) Also I pad for express shipping too. I did try to call and email and live chat with someone from The Lifeguard Store but they failed to email mail me back. Also every time I called to check my order status and I got placed on hold for 5 mins. The first time I called they said that it was sitting in the warehouse. Why could it just have been shipped out. Because I did pay for my items. The website also said that it ships out within 24 hours but it took 336 hours to ship.

I ordered a Jr. Guard Rescue Tube and it works perfect. I would give this a 5 star rating but shipping was quoted as 3 days and I got in in 7 days. Their customer service is incredible. I asked if an item would go on sale and they quickly adjusted the price. Not just once but twice!!! Very happy overall and will continue to purchase from The Lifeguard Store.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Had multiple issues with my order, including that an item was on backorder (I was not notified), and they sent me the complete wrong item. When I asked to file a complaint with a supervisor, I was told that the customer service I received wasn't bad, because the representative contacted me. Newsflash to Kiefer: contacting your customers when they have complaints DOES NOT equal good customer service! Telling your customers that they are wrong and that you did everything correctly is NOT good customer service! There is no reason for this level of inadequacy.
