I just want to say that this place was perfect. When we arrived the cabin we had rented was beautiful. The Wawona staff were SO KIND and very professional. The area itself was surprisingly very organized as well even with that horrible windstorm that damaged a lot of their property. We were so impressed with how accommodating the staff were. They had the temperature set perfectly so the cabin was all warm and cozy upon arrival. They also stocked us with lots of firewood and a fire starter kit as well. Overall this whole experience was a 10-10 and I HIGHLY recommend staying here! My party and I felt like we were part of a little family / community for the duration of our stay due to how welcoming the whole staff was. We look forward to coming back soon and staying again. Also Yuli was an absolute PLEASURE to work with as he gave so much input on setting up a little Yosemite “ to do “ list. He also ensure we had all the necessary things needed to have a successful trip prior to us arriving. He was very very instrumental in regards to our Trip all all aspects! I cannot say enough great things about this place.

The Redwoods in Wawona is the coolest place to stay in Yosemite. It is like stepping back 50 years into a simpler, more relaxed way of life. The homes are all modern (in terms of conveniences), well maintained and clean. The staff who help you go the extra mile to be helpful Can't say enough good things about it.

Such a GREAT time staying in Redwoods at Yosemite. This was our 4th stay and it is always amazing. We have been in Fall, Winter and Spring and this was our first summer stay and it was fantastic. The best thing we have learned in staying there, is in every season it is very different. It does not get old. Thanks to the staff as always for the wonderful care.

We stayed at cabin 46R for three nights at the end of July. It is a pretty rundown cabin. With Covid19 it is cleaning that we expected to be top. We paid more than 500 a night which includes 100 cleaning fee. But it seems that protecting the staff was the true priority, not so much the guests. The toilets 8came without a brush and we found one dumped in the bathroom cupboard without a base. See picture. The hand pump used to unplug the toilets if needed was just laying on the floor (frankly, this is disgusting). When we asked for two new ones we got only one in an improvised plastic container, that trying to pull out would get us splattered. No thank you. If you are thinking of using the wifi to do some work, that is going to be very difficult. The wifi ATnT is on and off all the time. We were here a few years ago and it was amazing. This time, what a disappointment. Will not be coming back until they set their priority right.

Stayed in the Mini cabin. This was a great log cabin with a good sized great room, two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There was a large porch that is great to just sit at the end of the day and chill. Nearby is a great swimming hole for the whole family! Loved going there towards the end of a long day of hiking to relax and cool off.

While I have never visited Wawona, nor have had the pleasure of staying at The Redwoods in Yosemite, I still have great things to say about the staff here. My partner and I had planned to host our wedding here on one of the properties on 10/10/2020, which ultimately ended up having to be postponed to a different place and time. Janine was the staff member that I spoke with most often and she was so accomadating throughout everything. When the news of a pandemic hit, she kept in contact with me and was willing to work with us as we kept our plans tentative up until the very last minute. She was kind and considerate throughout the process, and was never hesitant to make adjustments to our reservations when our party size would shrink and swell month by month. THEN, when the wildfires hit the area two weeks before our planned event—and caused Yosemite to close down—we decided to call things off. While disheartened and nervous for the repercussions of such a decision, Janine was caring and supportive. I'm so grateful we worked with them while planning that shindig, and they made it easy not to be too disenchanted with continue on with planning a wedding elsewhere. I look forward to one day being able to visit the crew here, and to be able to thank them for easing the stress of these unfortunate times.

The Redwoods in Yosemite was the perfect place to find lodging for our friends and family who traveled hundreds of miles to be with us on our special day. We also used their event center for our reception. They helped accommodate all of our needs.
