Have gone here for 3 pairs of shoes, 2 street running and 1 trailing running. The quality of staff and product is above anything I’ve experienced before! Every person I have dealt with there is knowledgeable and offers a great selection of products. This time I was helped by Ryan and was not let down! Found a great pair of Trail Running shoes I can’t wait to hit the trails with!

My experience at The Running Store was top of the line. Alisa helped me. I was already impressed with her because she's a track coach and running trainer. She exhibited some of the most PATIENCE and best customer service that I've ever received. And she really knows her stuff! I emphasize patience because she took time to analyze my foot and running style, address all of my running concerns and problems, and let me try on almost 10 pairs of running shoes and insoles. She even let me run with the shoes outside and on the in-store treadmill. I don't know any other running store where you get that kind of experience. We discussed each option, and I picked a shoe that has proven to be my best running shoe in life. Yes, I've already gone on several runs. I very much appreciate that The Running Store is locally owned and operated. It also has a return policy that is unmatched. Considering the return policy, customer service, and great deals, the prices are unmatched. Buying running shoes here is a MUST! Ask for Alisa. She's the best.

As an avid runner, and the mother of a cross country runner, our family won't shop at any other store for our running shoes. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the service is top notch. Each staff member I've met, including the owner, are very knowledgeable about each shoe and running in general. They ask the right questions regarding your needs and pair you with a shoe to meet your personal goals. Parker has helped me twice with my purchases and is very patient! They also have a great return policy that I've personally used, which gave me time to try out the shoe for two weeks or 30 days (depends on the brand). If you are dissatisfied with the shoes, bring them back and receive full credit to purchase another pair. Highly recommend for beginner or seasoned runners!

I saw this place multiple times just by passing by. I researched online and learned they were locally owned... so of course I was sold. I went in to look for new shoes for working out. Alisa was so kind and worked with me to find the perfect pair(s). I found two I loved that were in stock in good colors and ON SALE! Great place and I will come back. Thank you

I’ve never had bad service at TRS, however, this last visit was extra special. Alisa took her time to really talk to me about my needs, the pain I was having in my foot, and all the training/running I’m doing. I left there feeling super excited to try all my new goodies - shoes, watch, socks! We had fun laughing about problems only other runners would understand - just another reason why I’ll ALWAYS shop at TRS versus other stores or online. Thanks for a fantastic visit Alisa!!

I had purchased a pair of Brooks shoes a while ago. Ryan had recommended them and really loved the shoe. I went back the other day to purchase another pair. Ryan again helped me get another pair. Knows his job and products that they sell. They are a very comfortable shoe. Ryan was very professional as well as all the employees in the store. Supporting small businesses, so worth it. Go in and check out the store.
