A wonderful place to teach yoga. There are many studios around these days but the location, ambiance and just general feel of 'The Salon' is hard to beat. The space is intimate yet fills you with inner space on arrival. I have run workshops at the salon for some years and always find it more than conducive for deepening and transformative experiences. The host is also an excellent teacher and links up with other talented teachers and practitioners to provide truly inspiring occasions. I intend to keep going !

The Salon is a place to feel a wonderful AHHHHH ... Carol's teaching and the workshops she organizes, offers one a very special experience. The Salon is filled with beautiful artwork creating a space that is very soothing and interesting. You may even see a Peacock walk by! Certainly one of my favorite places to BE!
What a gem! Carol is a gifted yoga teacher. Body and soul truly felt restored upon leaving .. and the setting - so peaceful! Can't wait to go back!!
