Great work and costumer service. I had another shop keep my truck for over six months and blotched everything they touched. The guys at THE SHOP HENDERSON did a complete engine swap and a few other things in just over a week during the Christmas holidays. I've been satisfied with their efficiency and work they have done.

Good staff great service honest employees
I own a 2005 Ford F250 diesel that failed upon my arrival in Henderson, Nevada. My greatest fear was that I would be considered an "out of towner" and, as a consequence, get ripped off. However, within 20 minutes of my call to The Shop Henderson, the owner, Phil Koch arrived at my location with his diagnostic computer. He was able to get the engine running and drove the truck back to his shop. His diesel technician, Spenser, stayed late Friday night, most of the day Saturday, and even Sunday and continued into the following week to resolve the issues and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. It turned out that the cause of the failure was a faulty repair to the high pressure oil system by another shop located in Ridgecrest, California. Fortunately for me, both The Shop Henderson and the Ridgecrest, California shop were members of the NAPA Autocare warranty system . Phil went out of his way to work with NAPA Autocare to stand behind their nationwide warranty and cover a significant part of the cost of the required work. I feel extremely lucky that I landed with The Shop Henderson for the repair work. I have never been to an auto repair garage where the owner and employees displayed such a positive friendly "get it done right" attitude. They truly went the extra mile and when I left for my drive back to Southern California, I felt confident that the work was done correctly. I wish I could find a shop in Southern California that I could trust and rely on as much as I trust them. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them for any and all automotive repairs.

Josh, Casey, the whole crew - they’re all down-to-earth, no-nonsense, honest guys. I trust them with my personal vehicle, our companies vehicles, and would recommend them first to anyone looking for a good, local mechanic. They do everything at a fair price and will attempt to up sell you on nothing! They’re honest about industry practices, which can be insightful if you’ve been burned before. They’ve also always been right on point with turnaround time. Highly recommended.
