Paid an absurd amount of money to “overnight” my package on Thursday night for a Saturday delivery. The kid did tell me it wasn’t guaranteed, so thanks for that. It was delayed on Saturday, and when I checked on Monday it had reached the UPS closest to delivery location but had been “damaged and discarded” UPS said because I packed it myself they can’t do anything for me, like refund the price of shipping (over 100) or cover the contents of the package (100 value) but they also didn’t tell me how it was damaged or provide any verification. They did give me a number to call, and when I finally got through to a person she told me there’s nothing she can do and I have to call my local store. Which is who gave me that number to call in the first place. If you’re okay with being told “there’s nothing we can do” multiple times when something goes wrong and being out a bunch of money, use UPS. I never will again.

We needed a Mailing address while our home was being built so we got a PO Box at the UPS store. The bonus is we have gotten so much more than a mailing address...From the very friendly and helpful staff to a place we can get office supplies, stamps and greeting cards this UPS store is great. I highly recommend this UPS Store for all your shipping needs and of course a PO Box!

Yesterday was the last time I will visit this UPS store, all because of "V". He's rude and doesn't want to be there. I can actually handle the attitude - just shipping, not making friends, BUT... When you tell me that an address is invalid that is valid because you typed it in wrong, AND I leave and confirm that UPS considers it a valid address, AND due to time I can't come back and ship until the next day, AND the package costs me an extra 50.... I'm done. This young man needs a chat.

Giving this 3 stars versus 1 star because the person who helped me was very nice. However, whatever you do, do not go to this place for a print job. I bought flyers and business cards. Flyers had a horrible resolution. Felt bad to have them re correct it as they are so busy and it would take too long to wait days for the potential to look equally as bad. Instead I went to Office Depot in Wilmington-literally their print job was truly fantastic and took maybe 20 minutes. I had still ordered business cards that weren’t ready yet at the UPS but was really hoping it would turn out okay. Went to pick them up four days after I ordered them. Resolution was awful. There were lines where it wasn’t properly cut, sizing was disproportionate, font size was small. I could’ve just printed them myself with my eyes closed and had a better result. The cost? For 250 business cards it came out to 53.04. I went to Office Depot directly afterwards. The person there (her name was Sarah) went above and beyond, walked me through everything, asked me questions and so much more. The cost for 250 cards? 19.25 Seriously, just use the extra gas and drive to Wilmington.
