Huge thanks to Jay who took care of a tricky sized shipment that required customized packaging. Jay even took the the time out to call me later to give me an update when he found a way to save me money at which time he found a better way to package my shipment in lieu of paying for a ninety percent empty box. Jay is very knowledgeable with the business trade while being very friendly and courteous. I’ve had a bad experience here with someone else in the past, but Jay provided me with excellent service that deserves a five star rating.

A work, I’m thrilled with the service I received. I called in to find the whereabouts of my packages, as I had lost the label they handed me when I returned said items (completely my fault) and instead of berating me, Adrianna was so kind and helpful. She didn’t hang up with me until I knew the full information and tracked both of my packages for me! I know how hectic it is in store, and she was an absolute pleasure. I am so so pleased. This store has been my go-to this holiday season, and this is why. I’m always treated with kindness. Way to go, Manahawkin location!

I came in for some pretty routine package shipments with just a couple questions. And the lady, who I believe was also the manager, was so unbelievably rude I ended up leaving. I honestly can't even believe a business could talk to customers like that. I will never use UPS because of this experience. The store was completely empty and she talked to me as if I had ruined her whole day and had no business being there. Was not helpful whatsoever. I have heard similar stories about this branch from people in town. So I guess this behavior is common here.

This store is a gem. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a return to make for something I bought online they are terrific at helping me get the label printed. Each time I walk in the door I know I will leave with any problem resolved. They truly know the meaning of customer service.

I went to notarize and mail a package and the lady behind the counter was UNBELIEVABLY rude. Not only did she offer no help, but she was incredibly condescending. I can't believe a business based in customer service has employees like that. I've heard similar stories about this woman from people in town. Dont go here unless you want to waste your time with cold, heartless people who don't care.

I’ve been using UPS stores in various locations for quite awhile. I’ve rarely had a problem getting a package to a customer until now. I’ve spoken with three different clerks at the store trying to resolve the issue. They are no help at all and, in fact, managed to make it worse. If there’s any other way to ship I strongly recommend you use it.
