Stopped by one afternoon with friends. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love the meat and cheese selections plus their small plates are delicious. Wine list is affordable and quite good. Will I Go Back? Absolutely. Wish we lived closer so we could become regulars. Just love this place.

A little over a year ago, I took my husband, who is not a man you surprise, to a mystery restaurant that I hoped he would love: The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro. Since that day, we have gone back for two anniversaries, a visit from my sister, three birthdays, and just for fun. We love the ability to explore new things, or just enjoy some really great classics. This is one of a few go-to restaurants for us. The new, \Down the Rabbit Hole\ option is really fun for those of us seeking fine dining adventures. And their beer and cider selection is well curated as well. You can't go wrong here if you love cheese and food adventures. And the staff is amazing; passionate, knowledgeable, professional. I always appreciate their thoughts and expertise.
My girlfriend and I went to the Welsh Rabbit for wine, cheese and meat. But what we ended up with was so much more! They had a new offering, which was an 8-course tasting menu. It was delicious!! In a chaotic and very stressful world right now, this was just the ticket. It was yummy, the service was impeccable and the environment was calm and warm. Hats off to the chef, which coming from my girlfriend who is also a chef, is quite the compliment! Thank you Welsh Rabbit for a date night that was much needed!!
What an amazing meal! So many delicious cheeses to try, and staff that area super knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the Midnight Moon Gouda, the Ashley and Goat Brie. They also have a large selection of local beer. A fantastic dinner.
