I can't say enough good things about this place. During high-school I was able to get a prom dress there, that I loved. More recently I got my wedding dress there. They were exceptional. Everything I asked for in a dress, each dress she pulled had (which made for a tough decision lol). My consultant listened to my likes/dislikes of each dress, which made finding the perfect combination of each dress easy. I appreciated they asked what I liked before hand. When I arrived they had several dresses pulled for me allowing us to make the most of the appointment. Lastly, they were 100% respectful of the budget, they did not try to push us into a more expensive option. I was able to "say yes" to a beautiful dress.

People were very rude. Not professional for picking out a WEDDING dress. If you are going assist someone getting a wedding dress know what you are talking about. Maybe be a bit more helpful instead of just telling someone to get up on a box. Go choke your chicken.

I visited here yesterday to be pleasantly surprised to find the most perfect wedding dress thanks to Ashley and a Kaitie! They did such a awesome job helping me and made me feel so comfortable l. Absolutely in love with my dress!

The people here are very nice, however, if you get a dress from here custom ordered I would go a size up or two. The lady measured me against the size chart which put me in the exact same size I was wearing - which wouldn't zip. Ordered two sizes bigger and had a little bit of wiggle room but not much - enough to know that if I had opted for one size bigger instead of two it probably wouldn't have fit.

It was my first time at the White Room in Lebanon. I must say- I was very, very impressed! The staff was amazing and well attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Abby was such a delight and such a big help! We found the perfect dress within our budget and I can’t thank the White Room enough for making my bridal experience a dream come true! I can’t wait for my wedding day! ️️️

I had a fantastic experience at the White Room Lebanon! Ally was so helpful during at my initial appt, and we found my beautiful dress within an hour! The dress arrived on time and with no issues. Their in-house seamstress was also fantastic. Everything was absolutely stress-free!

My whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Abby was so kind and patient. I went on my own before the crowd and narrowed down in my head what style I wanted she was 100% on board..when I came back to pick out the dress it was found so easily with her controlling all the opinions and suggestions of my family :) I had my alterations done in house and they were done perfectly and quickly. I tell everyone where I got my dress and to go see Abby. Thank you all for making me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world on my wedding day!
