I literally never write negative reviews, but peloton has abandoned their mission to bring people together through fitness. Prior to Covid I was a faithful rider, loved it, recommended it to people nonstop and many purchased it because of our families recommendations. Since Covid, they have taken a political stance with their hashtags- I wish they would do away with them; these don’t bring people together but divide people. I asked the company if there is a way to shut them off and there is not. I want to get on a bike - have a great experience and forget the division in the world, not see more of it. Some high ups need to read “It takes what it takes by Trevor Moawad. :) i doubt true athletes want to get on this bike which is just another social media source now. The hashtags are just added noise and distract. If you want to bring people together then inspiring words or uplifting tags would bring people together rather race, gender, or religion- the negative or political tags need to go. I don’t think these people deserve our money any longer because they have taken on a mission that wasn’t (in my opinion) theirs in the first place. Its been a huge disappointment. :( now I have an expensive coat hanger.... be aware you may be buying a social media piece and not an actual uplifting exercise experience.

I am so extremely disappointed in this company. I paid a fortune for this bike and a piece broke off within the first 2 months. I can't plug in the power cord and so I can't even turn it on. It has been over 3 months now and they still haven't fixed it. I can't get anyone on the phone, it was real easy to get people on the phone when I wanted to buy one. It takes 2 to 3 days to get an email response. I had an appointment for them to fix it a week ago and they canceled the appointment the day before. I haven't heard anything. I am SO angry and disappointed. I have waisted so much money in the last 5 months.
Just bought the Peloton bike for my husband for Christmas based on his experience at the Woodlands mall. He talked about getting the bike for months & I did my best to talk him out of it. Decided it was a perfect Christmas gift for him. Great experience with the gentlemen who set it up. So far so good.
Amazing. The team here was a huge help. Especially Joshua. Its located on the 1st floor in the mall by the food court. It's not a store front but is a minimum store as shown in the pictures.
