Clean environment. New equipment. New machines. New treadmills. New bikes. Just a fabulous place to train. Go in the morning, not crowded at all. Weight room separate from treadmills and cable machines. Most Ys try to cram in the free weight section into the running area. Not this Y. Great/Friendly Staff. Kid friendly. Swimming for all. Must reserve in advance.

Family friendly and the staff is always courteous. I feel no judgment while exercising. Lots of activities for the whole family. Facilities are always clean, including the pool. Location is within proximity to my home.

Friendly people, wide rang of machines. Fitness coach created an ever changing program for me which I can access on their app, love the videos that show you how to use the machines. Great array of classes, with suitable times for me coming home after work. And amazing price!
