Ken at ThinkVacuums.com provides amazing customer service! He called me personally to discuss my online order and make sure it was the correct item and shipment. Then when I had a concern after my order arrived, he promptly sent a new part and followed up to make sure it worked out--and never charged me an extra penny! I will definitely keep working with this company and highly recommend them to anyone!

Purchased our first central vacuum unit. Wasn’t sure exactly what all we would need so Kenny helped us make some decisions. We explained our home and pet situation (all tile, no carpet, big dogs etc) and Kenny made sure we got items that we would actually use and we got them bundled. He made suggestions but never made us feel pressured. I normally do not like to deal with sales people as I feel like I’m going to end up buying something I don’t need but Kenny didn’t make us feel like that at all. Maybe he’s just really good . Either way, we feel we paid a fair price and got everything we believed we’d need. We are very happy with our purchase. Shipped as quickly as he said it would too! Thank you!

Dan and his crew are excellent! I have never dealt with a central vacuum and I am doing a home renovation. We carefully removed some old wooden paneling to find what best can be called "Creative engineering" someone used to connect hose outlet to the old paneling. Didn't realize this till we were ready to install new sheetrock in living room. Tried to call a local company....but there are no local companies that do central vacs. Called Dan up and he was able to understand my problem over the phone, make recommendations and a shopping list and make it happen for me. These guys are awesome! Saved the timeline on my job.....
