I was very pleased with the one on one, professional service that I received. Arikka was very welcoming and calming during my experience. She was very helpful every step of the way, even from the first phone call encounter. I was also very pleased with the precautions that she took to keep the two of us safe, while in this pandemic, during my visit. I would definitely recommend Arikka as a CPR/First Aid instructor to anyone who is looking to prepare themselves to save a life!

Arikka is a phenomenal teacher! She showed great time management, responsiveness and friendly. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed taking the BLS Instructor course with her. She is absolutely wonderful, I would refer her to many friends and family. She made me feel comfortable welcomed and accommodated.
Arikka was incredibly flexible during scheduling and was very kind throughout the whole process! The whole experience was very safe as well. Before entry, I was given shoe covers and gloves, and masks were required the whole time. I felt as though we went at a great pace and she was more than willing to go over any skills and provided corrections when needed. I would 100% recommend taking a CPR class from her!
Arikka was very knowledge and fantastic to work with. She answered all my questions and made safety a priority. She provided gloves, shoe coverings and sanitizer. Everything was clean and masks were worn. She also had high quality mannequins to train on so I really appreciated that. If you need CPR training in Columbia Thirty & Two is the place to go!
Excellent customer service. The instructor practices great health and safety in regards to Covid-19. The hands on instructions was clear and to the point. which made it real easy to follow and apply. Every thing was on point. Keep up the good work.

I think Arikka was awesome and responsive. She was able to accommodate w my schedule and bring me in much sooner than other dates available. Overall, she was an amazing instructor.
