After a long search of beauty service providers, Lori at 5280 Laser Aesthetics made the mark. She explained the laser hair removal process thoroughly and was so darn personable, my nervousness was dispelled. Pricing agreeable. Location is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have never been more excited and determined to continue weight loss than I am now! After seeing the results of my first 10 treatments on my upper and lower abs I can't wait to work on other parts! I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the owner, Lori. I had services done for a sun spot on my nose and skin tightening for my neck. Unfortunately I ended up with damage to the skin above and below the sun spot on my nose from Lori’s laser treatment. The first few days it bled and now I still have damage over a month later. I’m much worse off than when I went in! I had to ask several times for a refund which I eventually received but what good does that do for me? I look worse now than before! I’m embarrassed that I.went for a cheaper provider, I definitely paid for it!. In addition to a poor outcome, Lori spent most of my treatment complaining about her ex and generally being unprofessional. I would never recommend this laser clinic, apparently you get what you pay for!
I bought a package on Groupon for the Strawberry Laser and Lori honored the price for the subsequent packages. She was very flexible with my crazy schedule too. All of the technician are very professional. I had AMAZING results and I highly recommend their services!!!
Lori and Danell are lovely! I looked forward to my appointments not only because of the procedure itself and the excellent customer service, but also because it was so pleasant to spend time with them. I will definitely return for all of my laser-related and cosmetic needs & would recommend them to anyone.
