My brother lives here, and it’s a pain. Like someone mentioned, they want to take advantage of you whenever you use their clubhouse, they tried to do it to us, but we didn’t let them. We read the contract to them and she manager had no choice, she had to give the money back, but told my sister-in-law that she was not allowed to use the place again! I’ve heard from so many people that she doesn’t give deposits back and threaten’s them. Really rude manager, not helpful at all. Also, their rent keeps going up, however they take forever to take care of maintenance issues! Stay away from them.

This is a Texas size trailer park has both single and double trailers has a swimming pool basketball court soccer field big club house might have a gym inside not sure but if you are looking for a community of trailer's this is the right place for you

This place is so terrible. Very mean lady with snippy and rude emails. I've called 3 times and no answer. Its so terrible I'm trying to sell my trailer and leave but they also make that hard. Think twice before coming here!!!
