Jaimie, Cisco and Rico took very good care of me after I had a pretty bad experience at another franchise location. This is definitely the correct Al & Ed's to go to. They care for their customers and stand by their work. They cleaned up all of the issues I was having that the previous franchise could not, and sent me home with a great sounding system. Even cleaned my car for free! Only negative I can think of, is that I would have appreciated a few extra phone calls to update me on things. I was a little nervous about leaving my car after my previous bad experience. Not a huge deal though. Thank you guys! Jason

Been here twice. Once to replace my faded front Cadillac emblem, along with my Rockford Fosgate install. Second time I went, was to replace my faded back emblem. Flawless work. I'm considering buying a new head unit and bringing my Escalade to them for the third time.

Very nice and helpful people, I went to get my radio changed and they were able to fix my existing radio!! Thanks Cisco!

I cannot rate this place low enough. My car stereo stopped playing sound on one side, so I came in to get it fixed. I had to call them for updates throughout the day, and the one update I did get was right before closing time when they tell me they put in 700 worth of speakers but they don't work because I needed a new radio too. I have no idea why they wouldn't check that first and I don't trust them enough to know what the problem really was. Had they finished in the time they said they would, maybe I could have gotten this sorted out that day, but instead I drove around for the next week with these 700 speakers in my car that don't play sound. I come back the next weekend, where they were not only 35min late to open but also forgot I had an appointment. I wouldn't have been so bothered by the aggressive upselling if they had offered to take any blame for leaving me with an expensive and incomplete sound system. There was no discount after all of the consistently terrible customer service, and at the end of the day, I spent 1100 on a new system that is somehow only marginally better than the stock one I had. I now know to never waste money on upgrading a car stereo system, and if for some reason I need a repair, I also know where not to go. Lesson learned!

Jaime is a nice buy.....but be careful....if you pick up your car and the electrical system is suddenly ruined he won't fix it but will blame the car! I took my 1995 Town Car that was working perfectly into the place to have a radio installed. But, when I picked up the car the \ping tone\ was ON when the door was opened up...even with no key in the ignition. I asked them about it but they acted like it was that way when I brought it in. The inging tone\ stayed on whenever the door was opened but that wasn't so bad but...THE NEXT MORNING THE BATTERY WAS DEAD! I bought a new battery, I took it to the Lincoln Dealer, I took the car to my neighborhood repair shop...who told me even when the ignition was OFF....there was an electrical drain. I came back to Jaime who told me it needed a certain part. I bought \the part\ he recommended and he installed it. But the ping continued as soon as I opened the door..but this time the windows wouldn't work. Finally I took him to small claims court but because he was \an expert\ the judge believe him and not me! The upshot was that a car that was \perfect\ is now \junk\...in good conscience I can't even sell it. NOT GOOD!!!
