Ordered 12 jackets on November 22, 2020 and sent logo info in. They indicate that they will send proof of logo back in 3 days. After 8 days still no proof and I notice a discount after 500 so I contact them and order one more coat of approximate value of 40. They give me 25 discount and then increase freight by 25 for one coat. That was the final straw after all the delays and I cancelled order.

All person we contacted were friendly and professional. Product quality is great, price is very reasonable, and delivery is quick. They made sample logo embroidery and sent the picture to confirm. Every process was accurate and noticed to us the stage, so it was very easy to understand current status and feel comfortable. I read the owner's bio on the web and I like his philosophy.
