Ticketmaster customer service outrageously in 2021 despite higher fees than ever. Purchase total of 4 Yankees - Blue Jays training camp tickets at different times. Prior to game day, I notice only 3 tickets showing in my online TM accounts. Given there's no longer a customer service phone number, I frantically tried chatting and emailing TM. Chat comes back with message each time that it's busy and unavailable on Friday. Automated email reply from ticketmaster is to not expect an answer for 2-3 days, so need to chat. Ridiculous. Two days. AFTER game day, Leslie L from ticketmaster custer service FINALLY responds that I should try both my different Ticketmaster logins to see all 4 tickets. And I should chat if any further issue. DUHH, I obviously triedboth logins . If Ticketmaster still refuses to credit my wasted 4th ticket,im complaining to the Yankees, Lightning, and all the sports team using Ticketmaster that I refuse to spend hundreds on each event if have to deal thru Ticketmaster.

I wish I could rate Ticketmaster zero stars. I will never use this site again. I got the insurance on four Billy Joel tickets that ended up being postponed to a date we aren’t able to go to and you can’t even get ahold of them to refund the tickets. I tried emailing them, I’ve tried “chatting” with them on a number of occasions (every time I try their chat room, conveniently no one is available to respond) and I’ve tried calling and nothing works. That’s about 400 wasted on nothing... and again- I bought the insurance in case of something like this happening. NEVER TRUST TICKETMASTER!

Do not use ticket Master for anything. They are not refunding canceled events saying they are postponed and rescheduled. They are dishonest business people and do not use them for anything. There are many more honest ticket purchase options out there.

Recently resold tickets through them and they said there would be a 7-10 business day wait. After waiting 8 business days, I called their customer service line provided in order to try to see if there was a mistake on my end to receive a dial tone. I repeated those calls for the next 3 days during their available business hours and received the same dial tone. These people are a joke who don't care about you or getting your money back to you. I even spoke with a supervisor today and all they could say was that this is their process. Now I must wait another 7-10 business days in order to receive payment. It is very unprofessional of them and also disappointing that a company who claims to make easy resales makes the task so difficult and don't care about customer satisfaction. Never buy from here ever. Any other application or organization can handle it better I promise you.

These ticket resellers should be in prison. Do not buy from them. Go to the event and look for old fashioned scalpers .
