I've called this number from the website i got from maps. Usually maps give correct numbers butt this number is screwed just abusy tone.

I purchased two (2) tickets to the Tom Petty and the Heart breakers concert at DTE energy Music Theater. 1st off every ticket purchased is supposed to receive a copy of his new album, the hypnotic eye, we did not receive a free copy, or even a code to download it online. Second, when I printed the two (2) tickets they did not have my name on them. Rather than reading, "Jeramy E****" they read "Joseph S...” I attempted many times to call Ticketmaster through different phone numbers I located on the internet, including and not limited to your website. All of these numbers lead me to the same garbage, automated phone line. On this line the same thing happened every time, I would call and it would ask me to give it my information verbally rather than with the touch-tone, numeric value sound codes. it would register my name, ask for phone number, then move onto my order number, and debit card number, at this point the system would say, "I’m sorry I did not hear that, please say your order number" I would say it again, it would say "I still didn't hear that, please say the card number used to purchase the tickets" I would say the number and it would in turn say " I'm sorry I didn't hear that please say the card number used to purchase the tickets." I AGAIN said the card number; it AGAIN said "I'm sorry I still didst hear that, thank you for calling Ticketmaster, goodbye." At which point I was disconnected by the Ticketmaster end of the phone. Not only was the frustrating, but it wasted a lot of my valuable time, it was very upsetting! 3rd I was charged two (2) times the amount I was supposed to be, and I can’t even get a hold of a person who can help me get the situation straightened out. It will be a cold day in hell before i use Ticketmaster again. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star...
Ticketmaster is an unreliable business that I will NEVER use again. They put us through to a third party called Ticket Crush when ordering tickets for a play and Ticket Crush totally scammed us. We paid 100 over the regular price of the ticket and what everyone else around us had paid. When calling to complain to Ticket Crush they were very rude and would do nothing for us. They said the play must have been sold out which was totally not true. I don't understand how a company can do this to someone - they should be ashamed of themselves. Please do not EVER use ticketmaster or ticket crush again. I will be passing the word to everyone I know and hope people listen. SHAME ON YOU TICKETMASTER AND TICKET CRUSH!!!!!!
