THE ABSOLUTE WORST. IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM PLEASE GIVE CALLERS THE OPTION TO ENTER RESPONSES ON THE KEY PAD JUST IN CASE VOICE RECOGNITION ISNT PICKING UP BASIC WORDS. THE NOISE SENSITIVITY LEVEL IS OUT IF THIS WORLD. IT PICKED UP VOICES OF MY CO WORKERS 10 FEET AWAY FROM ME. BEYOND ANNOYED. I TRIED TO GIVE HALF STAR BUT I GUESS GOOGLE DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.
Zero stars is more appropriate. Poor customer service, abysmal website, exhorbitant fees. A trifecta.
Booked two tickets for 100 for a 2:00 pm show. When I received my tickets it said 11:00am which at that time has already passed. #NeverAgain
Can't contact ticket master to print tickets. They wont print online, and I cant get anyone on the phone to help. I have called every number listed and it is just impossible to do.
