I recently moved and go not commute to my old dealership for service. A quick google search revealed this place. I booked an appointment, which was an easy process. The dealership itself is REALLY cool. It's got a longue and a cafe. I was able to work from the longue while my vehicle was being serviced. I arrived early morning so the service was not as friendly as well I departed (some people aren't morning people) The same guy that checked me in had me laughing every time he talked. Really nice and funny. Could this really get better? THE PRICE WAS HALF of what I use to pay. Makes me wonder what the old place was charging me for.

Very fair dealership. I've bought two cars from Autoserv and they're the only ones I trust to do my service. Eight years and never a negative issue.
This is my second time at Kia of Tilton service dept and I have to say I was not impressed. My first visit was and oil change and my car had a recall that needed to be done and they took forever. I went back 6/12/20 for another oil change and for them to check my brakes(whole Car) and they stated that I needed other services( which I was ok ) but I arrived at 8:30 and leave at 1345 . Before I paid I ask if they had washed my car, Bob ask me if I would like it done. I stated yes and other customers car was returned to them clean with no nasty smell in it, mine was . Will not be returning
Where the hell did the Kia dealership go? Drove past, all shuttered. Just the collision center there. Is it with the main dealership now. No signs out, nothing on the website site. But what do you expect from Auto serve?
While the staff seem very nice, they do not let you place a deposit on a used vehicle. So not only did we miss out on the car we attempted to place a deposit on two days ago by 30 minutes, we drove two hours and had scheduled an appointment. A complete waste of time.
