I am very unhappy with the treatment I received on the phone by a woman who claims to be the owner of this company.. how can you be an owner and treat your customers with such disrespect and rudeness.. I hope she goes to some classes or something to understand what customer service really means.. I was unhappy with the service I received cleaning my pellet stove I was only asking for a technician to come back and do the right thing.. as an owner of my own company I always treat my customers with great respect.. and whether or not I feel that I was in the right or not the saying goes the customer is always right..
We have two fireplaces and, a few years ago, wanted to have one inspected and cleaned. The Fire N'Stone \inspector\ came 4 hours late, too dark to examine the exterior, and insisted on payment before beginning the job. We heard the vacuum on for maybe 10 minutes (we just bought the house so there was not much to vacuum), then he told us that he couldn't get the camera up the chimney, and he left. This job was never completed. We asked Fire N'Stone for a refund and all that they would return was about 5% back. NOW we're in the market for a pellet stove and we will not be going to them!
