SCAMMERS!! This company knowingly lets their customers commit identity theft. I received an email of a collections notice from Equifax that was from Time Warner for an address in San Antonio, Texas. I have never even been to Texas. They said there was nothing they could do & it was my fault. I keep my credit frozen so I have proof they used my ss# without even doing a background check. They refuse to listen or help. I have credit protection so it's going to come back on them anyway. They could have at least listened to me when I said I am in OHIO and have never been to Texas. They refused to listen and refuse to help in any way. Stay away from Time Warner!
