Times News has moved the printing of the paper to Fayetteville,N.C. several years ago. The paper has been late ever since it has been moved to Fayetteville,N.C. What money that they are spending to get the paper printed,and get it back here to Burlington,N.C. to be delivered they could purchase a new printer here or have it fixed. Us that get the Burlington Times News is having to pay for a late paper. IT IS NOT THE CARRIER'S FOUGHT! IT IS THE TIMES NEWS! Something needs to get done to get the paper delivered on time. I DO NOT LIKE PAYING FOR A LATE PAPER! GETTING A PRINTER HERE WOULD SAVE LOTS OF MONEY AND IT COULD BE ON TIME!
Terrible customer service and delivery driver they tell you whatever they think you want to hear and say they put in a complaint to supervisor just a lie if I got my paper every day for a month it would be a miracle I even walk a block to get the paper because driver said she couldn't turn around
I don’t subscribe to this news paper so stop throwing your junk mail and advertising papers in my yard or maybe I should just bring them back and throw them out I front of your offices?
Hate the way you have raised the price! In june 2016 i paid 106. For 24 weeks now you want me tp pay 156. For 24 weeks! I have been a subscriber for close to 40 years & i refuse to pay this kind of money! I can get it cheaper at the box! Im letting my subscription run out cause Im done with the aggraviation! Never know when the paper will come or having to call cause I didnt get my tv listing! Im sure im not the only customer who fills this way!
